Establish and maintain established policies, procedures, CQI programs and safety, environmental and infection control standards. Provide direct administrative and technical supervision of nursing, admissions and continuing care functions. Establish performance goals. LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LicensedVocational Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
