Position Overview: The MDS Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines related to the Minimum Data Set (MDS), and will be responsible for managing Medicaid and Medicare RUGs/PDPM, Medicaid Case Mix, and meeting Medicare criteria, including all required supportive documentation. A strong understanding of Quality Measures and the Five-Star Quality Rating System is essential.
