Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification Must be able to communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, as well as the people supported and their families Must be able to work independently, be organized, and possess the ability to prioritize work tasks Physical requirements include: ability to regularly lift 20 pounds. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Must be able to pull a minimum of 25 pounds. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to regularly stand and walk. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Must be able to communicate.
