Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care. Qualifications: Licensure: Valid LPN/LVN license in Kentucky Education: Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program. Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred. Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification required. Additional certifications may be required based on state regulations. Communications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
