Collaborate with physician and RN frequently to ensure patient needs are being met; Notify them as soon as possible when patient condition changes. Teach patients and caregivers self-care techniques. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
