Position in this function is responsible for clinical operations and medical management activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating). This includes case management, coordination of care, and medical management consulting. Function may also be responsible for providing health education, coaching and treatment decision support for members. This is a Field-Based role with a Home-Based Office. Required Qualifications RN license in the state of TX 2+ years of clinical experience Knowledge of computer functionality and software applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point Proven work effectively in a changing environment Proven manages time effectively Proven produces high-quality work Proven works with less structured, more complex issues Reliable Home Internet with designated office space to ensure privacy/HIPAA compliance Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to 75% in this 'assigned region' to visit Medicaid members in their homes and/or other settings, including community centers, hospitals, nursing facilities or providers' offices Reside in or within a commutable driving distance from Brownsville, TX and surrounding areas Preferred Qualifications Pediatric experience Knowledge of relevant state and federal guidelines Proven electronic charting, accessing intranet and record management databases Proven bilingual skills Reside in one of the following zip codes: 78520, 78521, 78522, 78523, 78526,78566, 78575, 78578, 78586 All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Thank you for your interest in taking the state certified nurse aide training program. Our program is a fast-paced class that is completed in 10 days. Orientation March 20,2026. Class will run from (March 23- April 3,2026) .To be considered for the class, you must provide the following at the time of your interview: Completed Application Valid Photo Identification Social Security Card Since the class is only 10 days, no absences or tardiness is permitted. You must maintain a grade average of an 85 to continue in the course. Books and Supplies ($55) will be due at orientation! You will be required to purchase one set of scrubs to wear every day to class and clinical. We will run a criminal background check as well as consult the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults. No one with a felony conviction, certain misdemeanor charges, and/or found on the abuse registry can be admitted to the class.
