Job Responsibilities

Working as an LPN supporting the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities
Monitoring residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs
Facilitating the intake process, including the documentation of medical histories and any health issues
Assisting with medication administration, including the verification process and the monitoring of effects on residents
