As a Full-Time Clinical Operations Manager – Registered Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the health and well-being of client employees at our onsite Health Center in Lafayette, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading clinical operations in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Occasional flexibility to support 2nd and 3rd shift operations

What You’ll Do

  • Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
  • Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
  • Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
  • Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration 
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis 
  • Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
  • Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
  • Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
  • Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Current license as RN in state of practice
  • Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
  • 2 - 3 years of management experience

Overview PRN/Supplemental RN Case Manager – IU White Memorial & IU Frankfort Hospitals The PRN/Supplemental RN Case Manager supports IU White Memorial and IU Frankfort hospitals by providing flexible, as-needed case management services to ensure seamless patient care coordination across the care continuum. This role involves working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan, coordinate, and facilitate patient care from pre-admission through post-discharge, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and appropriate utilization of resources. Key Responsibilities: Support the care coordination process by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans. Ensure patients are assigned the appropriate level of care, receive necessary services, and transition smoothly to post-discharge care settings.
