A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) position is available to provide dedicated care and support for a medically fragile female student within a school environment in the Paradise Valley, AZ area. This full-time contract role requires a compassionate and skilled female CNA to assist with medical and daily living needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing assistance to a medically fragile female student.
Monitor and manage health-related needs in accordance with established care plans.
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed.
Collaborate closely with educational staff and healthcare professionals to ensure the student's well-being during school hours.
Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in the students condition promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA).
Experience supporting medically fragile individuals, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the caseload.
