Responsibilities

Your Role as an RN Supervisor:

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.

Qualifications

Job Summary The Charge Nurse at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for providing safe, quality patient care through the nursing process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining effective communication with the multidisciplinary team.
