Emerson Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Adult Medical, General Surgery, and Oncology unit on Wheeler 5. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, patient centered nursing care using the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure safe medication administration and adherence to clinical protocols
Educate patients and families to support recovery and ongoing care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all patients
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program required
Experience
Previous experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Orthopedic nursing preferred
Licensure and Certification
Current RN license in Massachusetts required
BLS certification required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs
Strong organizational and time management abilities
