The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) provides direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA assists with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and basic nursing care to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being. The CNA is responsible for observing and reporting patient conditions, maintaining a clean environment, and promoting continuity and quality of care. This role offers a night shift and weekend shift differential. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that is great to work with, where communication and teamwork are valued every day.
