Thayer Internal Medicine, a well-established and highly respected outpatient practice within MaineGeneral Medical Center, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join their exceptional care team.
This is an exciting opportunity to practice in the growing city of Waterville, Maine, a community rich with dining, shopping, outdoor recreation, and cultural experiences.

In this role you will:
- Have a full-time schedule consisting of 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of dedicated administrative time each week
Manage your own panel of adult patients
Deliver team-based care in close collaboration with physicians, care managers, and support staff
Provide a full range of outpatient Internal Medicine services
Participate in call rotation with other medical staff
While direct NP/PA clinical experience in primary care is strongly preferred, new graduates with significant related experience are encouraged to apply.
