Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Personal Care Services (Home Care)

Location: Albia, Iowa + Surrounding Areas 
Schedule: Monday–Friday • Part-Time • Off Weekends • Off Holidays • No On-Call

What Is Required?

  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current State License as a LPN
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting
  • Hospice or home health experience preferred
  • Passion for patient care and excellence
  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • You will report to the Clinical Supervisor
