Kissimmee, FL | Full‑Time | Onsite
About Evernorth Workplace Care
Evernorth Workplace Care, part of Evernorth Health Services, delivers personalized primary care, acute care, and wellness services within employer‑based health centers. Our model allows clinicians to focus on high‑quality, relationship‑based care for a defined patient population—without the volume pressures of traditional primary care practices.
By leveraging The Cigna Group’s integrated data, referral networks, and Centers of Excellence, we emphasize preventive care, chronic condition management, and whole‑person health. Because our clinics are not open to the general public, providers can practice thoughtful, data‑driven medicine while helping employees and their families maximize the value of their Cigna benefits.
What Makes This Opportunity Unique
Exclusive patient population: Care exclusively for our client's employees, their families, and retirees enrolled in the Cigna Medical Plan
Focus on employee health and wellness: Practice proactive, preventive, and relationship‑based care in an environment designed to support long‑term health outcomes.
Work‑life balance: No call, no nights, no weekends, shared patient panel, and team‑based coverage model.
Strong clinical support: Excellent provider‑to‑support‑staff ratio allowing physicians to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks.
Manageable patient volume: 2–3 patients per hour, supporting meaningful patient interactions.
Competitive rewards: Competitive compensation and comprehensive Cigna benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), CME time and allowance, generous paid time off, and annual performance bonus potential.
