Job Summary
Provides oversight and departmental leadership (employee development, quality improvement, process
creation, scheduling, and other tasks) in the Inpatient Bed Placement Center. Supports services by
updating, researching and maintaining databases utilized by staff. Direct supervision of Bed Placement
Coordinators to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Will facilitate all goals established for
Bed Placement Center and provide leadership role in day-to-day operations. Manages and executes
daily throughput activities. Oversees staffing alignment decisions in CCSO. Oversees bed placement
coordinators and acts as clinical expertise for decision making when clinical judgement is needed for
level of care and/or care setting. Also, maintains responsibilities for assisting with answering incoming
and making outbound calls that assists with patient placement in Hospitals.

Bachelor Degree Nursing Required BSN required within 2
years of hire.
Associate Degree Nursing Required
Minimum Experience Requirements
2 years clinical RN Experience
1 year clinical leadership experience (Charge Job Role, Relief Charge 2000 hrs = 1 yr, RN Clinical
Coordinator, House Supervisor, ANM, Mgr-Clinical Nursing, Director Clinical Nursing, CNO (Nurse Educator experience 3yrs = 1 yr)
RN License to practice in Colorado
License/Certifications Requirement
Registered Nurse State of Employment Required Colorado

This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
