Description:
This position supports clinical staff in an area of specialization for the advancement of clinical practice and professional development. Applies clinical expertise and advanced critical thinking skills to accomplish concurrent review, data abstraction, report preparation and review of the quality and effectiveness of patient care provided through randomized chart reviews. Educates clinical staff based on the reviews, site needs, and/or new programs/services being implemented. Utilizes innovative quality and education planning; demonstrates knowledge in clinical practice and patient care delivery; collaborates and consults with clinical administrative disciplines for new programs and service improvement. Demonstrates leadership through role modeling, mentoring and utilizing research principles to facilitate and promote evidence based practice. Estimated salary range for this position is $80516.80 - $107087.34 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
- Basic Life Support.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
- Registered Nurse.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing - BSN.
- 3 Years of clinical or quality assurance experience.
- Certification as appropriate to area of specialty.
- Basic knowledge and proficienct with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills required with interpersonal skills including ability to analyze data, manage time, prioritize, communicate effectively, and resolve problems.
