A full-time registered nurse (RN) is needed to provide school nursing services in a Clinton Township, MI school setting. This contract position aligns with the 2026-2027 school year (dates are tentative) and requires 35 hours per week. The role involves supporting medically fragile students with varying needs, including lifting, toileting, tracheostomy care, gastrostomy tubes, seizure monitoring, and more.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Michigan RN license is required (LPNs are not eligible)
- Experience in school nursing preferred
- Ability to manage 1:1 or small caseloads of medically fragile students
- Strong clinical skills related to trach care, g-tube management, seizure response, and general nursing care
- Compassionate and professional approach to student health

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and health services to students with complex medical needs
- Monitor and respond to medical emergencies and seizure activity
- Assist with personal care and lifting as needed
