Requirements:

Current RN license and good standing with the Delaware State Board of Nursing.
Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
Current ACLS, PALS and NIHSS certifications. CPI may be required to be obtained prior to the first shift.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an ED RN (most recent experience within the last year).
Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes.
Strong ability to use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery.
Competency in current emergency room evidence-based practices and protocols for STEMI, sepsis, stroke, and trauma care.
Experience providing specialized care and monitoring for conscious sedation patients is required.
TNCC and/or Level III trauma experience is preferred!
