Requirements:

Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
Level III Trauma experience, TNCC, and NIH required. ACLS and/or PALS certifications may be required prior to first shift.
Minimum of 1-year recent experience as an ED RN required.
Strong ability to use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery.
Competency in current emergency room evidence-based practices such as trauma, sepsis stroke care protocols as well as familiarity with conditions such as severe lacerations or burns, sports injuries, allergic reactions, and work-related injuries.
