Legend Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Management Nurse to join our team. This crucial role involves overseeing medication administration and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for residents. Responsibilities--Medication Management Nurse

  • Pass medications on assigned shift.
  • Monitor medication administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and resident safety.
  • Conduct routine medication and treatment storage reviews in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Educate residents and caregivers on proper medication use, potential side effects, and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses, to optimize medication therapies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medication records and documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned by Health Care Director
