What you'll do
Under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Supervisor, Operational Manager, and Medical Director/Chief; The RN Team Leader provides unit-level leadership and oversight to nursing staff ensuring quality patient care. The RN Team Leader supports staff performance, regulatory compliance, patient safety, staff development, unit operations, and adherence to policies and procedures. The RN Team Leader is responsible for coordinating daily clinical workflows, and assisting in the development of systems that maximize patient experience and provider efficiency.

What we need from you
Education:
- 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing, required or...
- Vocational / Technical Diploma Professional Nursing Program, required
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
All RN’s hired and do not currently hold a BSN will be expected to demonstrate enrollment in a bachelor’s prepared nursing program within 4 years of hire. BSN must be completed within 10 years. RN’s licensed on or before 12/19/17 are/remain exempt from this requirement.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, required
- 1 year of nursing in an ambulatory care setting, preferred
- Leadership experience, preferred
License/ Certification:
- NYS licensure as Registered Nurse, required
- BLS certification will be required within 6 months from hire date
- Current ACLS certification as required by clinical area (required within 6 months)

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent fit testing
- Constant typing/clerical/dexterity, grasping, hearing, repetitive motion, seeing/monitor/computer use, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity (color, depth, perception), walking

- Occasional radiation/radiant energy
- Frequent bodily fluids/bloodborne exposure
Working Conditions:
- Occasional noise, vibration, wet and/or humid, dust, fumes, gases, mists

Travel:
- Occasional Travel - The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis

Pay Transparency
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. The above compensation range represents a good faith belief of the compensation range by Bassett Healthcare Network, and its entities and affiliates, at the time of this posting or advertisement.
Pay Range Minimum:
USD $43.07/Hr.
Pay Range Maximum:
USD $64.60/Hr.
