Personal Care Provider/ QMAP
Full-time, Part-time, and PRN positions available.
Day and evening shifts | Some weekends & holidays
Starting pay: $17-22/hr. depending on experience.

About the Role:
As a Personal Care Provider/QMAP at New Mercer Commons, you'll make a real difference every day by:
Helping residents build meaningful connections through group activities
Supporting dignity and independence with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, and meals.
Keeping care plans accurate and up-to-date, including restorative care under therapist guidance.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Interest in geriatrics required; previous experience is a plus but not required.
Must be willing to attend QMAP classes with the follow-up expectations of administering medication.
Skills:
Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral instructions in English.
Attention to detail in all aspects of care provision.
Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Attributes:
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a desire to care for others.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
A team player who fosters and promotes a positive and supportive work environment.
Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $17 - $22/hr. depending on experience and includes shift differential pay.
