The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse in our 14‑bed Inpatient Rehab Unit, you’ll provide direct, patient‑centered care that aligns with clinical standards and PeaceHealth’s values. You’ll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team—including specialized rehabilitation physicians, skilled therapists, case managers, and rehab‑focused RNs—all committed to helping patients maximize their function for a safe and successful return to their community.
This is a 24‑hour/week, day‑shift position (06:30–19:00)—a schedule designed to support work‑life balance while offering meaningful engagement in patient care.

- CARF accredited since 1996
- CARF Stroke Specialty Program designation since 2005
- Level II trauma rehabilitation designation
- Established inpatient rehabilitation program since 1993
- Specialized physician certification in rehabilitation medicine and brain injury
- Robust collaboration with 10 highly skilled therapists across PT, OT, and SLP
- Patients receive 3+ hours of therapy, 5–6 days a week, tailored to individual goals
What You Bring
- Current Washington RN licensure (required by date of hire)
- BLS for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association (required by date of hire)
- At least one year of RN experience
- A commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care and a belief in the power of teamwork

- Hourly rate $56.92–$86.09 (DOE & CBA)
- Additional pay for BSN, MSN, DPN, and advanced certifications
