The One North Nurse Director has 24-hour/7 day per week responsibility for all patient care activities in their department. The candidate must have a strong quality background and sound fiscal experience. A broad knowledge of legal aspects with nursing along with regulatory requirements is a must. This position has full access to patient health information.

Requirements

Dynamic Leadership Skills
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
BSN required and MSN preferred.
BLS from American Red Cross or Amercan Heart Association required.
Management experience in a community or critical access hospital is preferred.
Related clinical experience is required for area of responsibility.
Problem solving and leadership abilities.
Great interpersonal skills and engagement techniques.
Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
