A healthcare professional with expertise in school nursing is needed to provide comprehensive nursing services in a school setting located in Saint Paul, MN. This is a 40-hour per week contract opportunity that requires a Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license and experience working in school environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering nursing care to students, addressing both routine health needs and emergencies
- Managing student health records and maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborating with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student well-being
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conducting health screenings and promoting health education within the school community
Qualifications and experience:
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
- Previous experience working as a school nurse preferred
