Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN Director Critical Care is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the Department. The Director also functions in cooperation with the leadership team in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently meet the objective of providing quality care at Orange Park Medical Center. The ICU Director assumes the role as a leader in planning, directing and managing the department and staff to assure quality service on a twenty-four (24) hour basis. 

What qualifications you will need:
  • BSN required; MSN preferred
  • Florida RN or compact state license required
  • BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association required
  • 5+ years of nursing critical care experience in an acute care setting required
  • 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
