This position offers full clinical autonomy in an Independent Practice Model , covering First Call (In-House 24 Hour) shifts every other weekend. Scope: Full scope of practice including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, central lines, and high-acuity cases. Team: Work alongside 14n physicians, 30+ independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians. Case Mix: ~14,300 annual cases including General, Trauma, Cardiac (~800/yr), OB (3,000 births/yr), and Interventional Radiology.
