This role will work PRN - 1-2 shifts a week - Monday-Saturday

Dialysis Experience Required

DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You’ll provide on-site

treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of practice
ADN required; BSN preferred
Minimum of 1 year of Chronic or Acute Care Dialysis Experience Required
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
CNN or CDN certification preferred
