Job Summary: The EmPATH Unit Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric or behavioral health crises. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN independently assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. The nurse supports a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment, promoting stabilization and emotional healing. This role requires adherence to all hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in mental health and emergency care, while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, dignity, and therapeutic engagement.
