JOB SUMMARY Dir Surgical Services is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the full spectrum of surgical patient care for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), which includes all clinical and nursing care in surgery preparation units, operating rooms, post-anesthesia care units, telemetry units, outpatient surgery suites, or other patient holding/receiving surgical areas.
