You’ll care for a wide range of patients — including those with pneumonia, myocardial infarction, and post-surgical conditions — while playing a vital role in their recovery and healing.
We are currently enhancing our level of care to serve higher-acuity patients, offering our nurses an exciting opportunity to expand their skills and clinical expertise. Our RNs perform continuous cardiac monitoring, deliver post-operative care, and manage complex medical needs with professionalism, empathy, and strong critical thinking. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values communication, respect, and compassion in every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care utilizing the full nursing process.
- Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, and surgical conditions.
- Perform cardiac monitoring and recognize basic dysrhythmias.
- Collaborate closely with providers, therapists, and fellow nurses to develop individualized care plans.
- Manage multiple patient needs efficiently with excellent time management and prioritization.
- Educate and support patients and families to promote understanding and healing.
Contribute to a positive, team-centered culture focused on excellence and compassion.
Job Requirements
- Current Maine RN license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric
- Advanced Life support (PALS) certifications are required.
- Graduate of an approved Nursing program is required.
- 1–3 years previous nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Dysrhythmia is preferred or obtained before completion of orientation.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training is preferred or obtained before completion of orientation.
- Responsible, supportive team player.
- Ability to work well in high-stress situations.

Comp Range:
$31.84 - $43.85Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.
