Job Summary

Qualifications

Education

  • Accredited School of Nursing Required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Experience

  • Experienced RN or New Graduate RN (or equivalent education and/or experience). If new grad with fewer than 12 months of experience, the RN will participate in the Nurse Residency Program.

Credentials

  • Required: Registered Nurse
  • Required: Upon Hire Basic Life Support
  • Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire according to Resuscitation Training Completion Requirements policy.

  • Bending/ stooping/ squatting/ reaching/ kneeling frequently.

Main Line Health’s Nurse Residency Program Main Line Health’s Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed to support and guide new graduate nurses as they begin their first professional role. The program emphasizes the development of clinical skills, patient-driven outcomes, and professional growth. The curriculum fosters critical thinking and helps new nurses use data-driven outcomes to enhance patient safety and care quality. As a newly licensed registered nurse in this full-time position, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and shift differential. The program includes a precepted orientation tailored to the specific clinical specialty and the individual learning needs of each participant.
