Maintain & apply current nursing standards and clinical competency including the National Patient Safety Goals.
Apply critical thinking skills in conjunction with facility policies & procedures to prioritize and problem solve.
Meet the personal and practical needs of patients and families as described in "Patients First Service".
Use appropriate & effective communication skills.
Accepts accountability for completion of assignments, demonstrates reliability & dependability (including compliance with the attendance policy), and utilizes time and material cost-effectively.

What qualifications you will need:

Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
(RN) Registered Nurse
Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
