Job Summary and Qualifications

Under general supervision the Staff RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Medical Center of Weatherford. In collaboration with patient, patient’s family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN is responsible for assessing the nursing care needs of patients, planning interventions and evaluating outcomes of care. The RN provides direct care and/or supervises patient care provided by other department staff. The RN is responsible for providing care consistent with the Nursing Department’s policies, procedures and standards of practice.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• 2+ years of experience in post partum/mother-baby
