Qualifications
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies
- Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare administrators, physicians, and other department heads
- Manage nursing budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
