*This is a full time position that will service the North Phoenix area (Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale) OR the Central/Southern Phoenix area (Peoria, South Mountain, Laveen).

*Annual salary range $80000 - $90000 per year (depending on experience), plus travel expenses. Company phone and laptop are provided.*

What We’re Looking For

Current RN license in the State of Arizona
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and make a real difference
