Description

RN performs functions of assessing; planning, implementing and evaluating care for assigned behavioral health patients on the Geri Psych unit during shift. RN is responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment. RN is responsible for promotion of collaboration with all members of the health care team. RN Care Team Leader develops a work plan and provides clear directions and expectations for the care partner.


Schedule: 7a-7p Shift | Every Other Weekend | 36 Hours per Week | FT Days

Requirements

This position requires NC Board of Nursing (NCBON) licensure - evidence of the individual's NCBON license is acceptable to demonstrate their academic achievement. RN or LPN.

BSN preferred.


Previous Patient Care Experience preferred.

BLS at time of hire from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

De-escalation training (within 30 days).
