The Acute Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | PM | Shifts: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM | Days: Wednesday-Friday

Expected starting wage range is $56.00 - $69.19. The full wage range goes up to $82.38. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.

At the Telecare Fern Lodge Behavioral Wellness program, we provide intensive mental health and psychiatric treatment services in a safe, welcoming environment for adults requiring continued time for stabilization and recovery support. We believe recovery starts from within and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide the support needed on our residents' recovery journeys. Our secure facility includes a full staff of registered nurses, clinicians, peer specialists, and social workers on-call 24-hours a day to provide wraparound support. Our services are designed using Telecare's Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS). Through the lens of trauma-informed care, this system incorporates evidence-based practices and innovative design components. RCCS focuses on choice-making skills, harm reduction techniques, and strives to awaken the hopes and dreams of the individual. The RCCS emphasizes "no-force first" practices.
