Pay Range
$19.80 - $29.70Essential Functions
- Provides direct patient care under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Performs special procedures safely and correctly as delegated by the RN.
- Creates and maintains a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients, coworkers, and visitors.
- Ensures accurate, complete, and timely communication of patient information.
- Interacts with patients, families, and the care team in a professional, positive, and effective manner.
- Demonstrates ownership for professional performance, growth, and development.
- Delivers care that is appropriate for all ages/developmental stages served, following organizational guidelines.
Education / Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Licensure, Certification & Registration
- Completion of an applicable State‑Approved Nurse Aide I course required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under frequent workload changes and competing demands.
- Basic computer skills.
