What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

 Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

·         Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

·         Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

·         Assist with resident comfort.

·         Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

·         Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

·         Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. 

·         Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in [State]

  • CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

  • Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
