Under the direction of the Site Coordinator you will provide quality care to all Cardiac Rehab clients Phase II and Phase III (according to the American Assoc. of Cardiovascular Pulmonary Rehab, The College of Sports Medicine and the Clinical Practice Guidelines: U.S. Dept. of Health) within the guidelines and protocols established for the program. The work you do makes a tremendous impact on our patients and the community! Monitoring patients as they exercise, measuring exertion and providing guidance on nutrition, blood pressure, blood sugar, mental health, and providing goals and guidelines.

Cardiac Rehab Nurse Specialist
Shift
36 hrs per week, Four/9 hr shifts, 6:30am-4:00pm, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (off every Tuesday); No weekends, no on-call.
Experience
2 to 3 years of Critical Care or Telemetry RN experience required. Inpatient Cardiac Rehab preferred.
Education
Graduate form an accredited nursing program with firm knowledge of AACVPR guidelines
