Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Float Pool

Description

Lincoln Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital and proud member of MaineHealth, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our experienced and collaborative Primary Care team. As part of MaineHealth’s comprehensive network, Lincoln Hospital’s Primary Care team delivers expert, patient-centered healthcare across multiple locations, including Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Waldoboro, and Wiscasset, Maine.

This is a float position requiring travel between multiple primary care office locations around Lincoln County, Maine.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in community-focused practices serving close-knit rural populations. You will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional primary care services that enhance the health and well-being of our community.

As a HPSA-designated worksite and a not-for-profit organization, primary care providers affiliated with Lincoln Hospital may be eligible for federal student loan repayment programs including the HRSA National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

Job Description: MaineGeneral Medical Center is seeking candidates interested in an Advanced Practice Provider Hospital Medicine Post-Graduate Fellowship. 2026-2027 Program Details: This 12 month program will consist of approximately 2,000 clinical hours, rotating shifts based on preceptor availability, mandatory didactic learning (no less than bi-weekly), holiday rotation, and 12 hour in house shifts (7am-7pm, swing shifts, or 7pm-7am).
