Ensure that appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges is entered in the guest’s medical record in accordance with established procedures. Qualifications Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license required or Compact State license- required. A minimum of 2 years LPN/LVN experience required. Able to educate patients and family on multiple disease processes and have good medication knowledge and wound care experience.
