This position involves various essential responsibilities and activities, including:

• Upholds company values, ethics, and policies
• Promotes teamwork and a respectful environment
• Ensures resident dignity, rights, and quality care
• Supports hiring, onboarding, and training of care staff
• Assists with care plans, medication management, and documentation
• Communicates with stakeholders and coordinates appointments
• Provides in-the-moment staff training and process improvements
• Monitors resident health and updates care plans as needed
• Maintains compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Manages staffing schedules and daily care operations

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have an active LVN License in California.
• High school diploma or equivalent with prior care experience in assisted living or skilled nursing, along with valid First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Demonstrated abilities in customer service, interpersonal communication, and teamwork.
• Skillful and professional interaction with coworkers, residents, family members, agencies, and the public.
• Understanding and consistent adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Successful completion of background check, health exams, and other pre-employment criteria.
• Sufficient English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) for effective job performance.
