Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Summit Health you are a full integral partner in a multidisciplinary care team providing individualized team-based care. Under the direction of the Primary Care Provider, Clinical Practice Manager and Office Supervisor, the RN works closely with the health care team to skillfully provide and facilitate the coordination of individualized total patient care.
