We are currently seeking a qualified Night Shift Nursing Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements:

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
Active Tennessee nursing license or compact state license
Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills

Schedule:

Full-time, night shift
Every other weekend (EOW)
No on-call required

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff during the night shift
Ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulations
Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed
Support and mentor night shift team members

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Proficient in all responsibilities related to Case Management. May be required to provide case management to a group of patients providing specific assessments according to protocols and procedures, clinical competence in procedural skills, treatments, and patient/caregiver education related to wound care management. Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities, provides clinical oversight to clinical staff, such as Registered Nurses (RNs); Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs); Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs); Hyperbaric Oxygen Technicians, etc. Collaborates with other health care providers, key hospital personnel, Wound Care Center Providers, Program Director, and Medical Director regarding clinical and patient needs.
