Position Summary:

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care to residents under the guidance of our licensed nursing staff. You’ll help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in shift reports and document care accurately

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, etc.)

  • Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure)

  • Maintain clean and sanitary resident areas and equipment

  • Assist with meals and hydration

  • Provide mobility support and range-of-motion exercises

  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition

  • Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality

  • Report any signs of abuse, neglect, or unusual behavior

  • Support residents with compassion and care—every step of the way

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with assistance

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move frequently throughout your shift

  • Capable of using standard care and safety equipment
