Job Summary:

Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, a leading provider of nursing and rehabilitation services in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, facility policies, and professional standards

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and staff development

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other senior leaders to develop and implement organizational goals and objectives

  • Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity among staff, patients, and families

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address gaps

  • Provide clinical oversight and support to the nursing staff, including caseload management and issue resolution

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Florida
