We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Baylor Program Supervisor. As the Baylor Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to established protocols and procedures.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff, including assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and evaluating care outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for residents.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident status, address concerns, and ensure quality of care.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and support as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident care and facility operations.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
